We try to keep all items in stock at all times. However, since our suppliers are often experienced only in providing to local markets and not accustomed to fulfilling large orders in short timeframes, we may occassionally list some items as currently unavailable until we can be assured that we can deliver the product to our customers in a timely manner.
I reside outside of the U.S. May I buy products on Spondilus.com?
Currently, we are only set up to ship within the United States. In the near future, we may begin selling outside of the U.S..

Spondilus.com uses Paypal to process all online orders. We therefore rely upon Paypal's security features, which include prohibiting the sale of customer information to third parties. Why is this?
As each piece sold on Spondilus.com is individually handcrafted using natural materials which may vary depending upon many factors, each piece is unique. This is part of the allure of handcrafted jewelry. Our promise is that the piece will be of the same overall appearance, character, quality, materials, and approximate size and shape as shown and described on this site. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our products, we do allow for exchanges and refunds (see next FAQ).
May I return my purchase for an exchange or refund if I don't like it?
We feel certain that you will be very pleased with your purchase from Spondilus.com. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund or exchange for another piece within 30 days from the shipping date from Spondilus.com. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
I bought jewelry pieces from Spondilus.com quite a while ago, and have noticed it is not as shiny as when I originally purchased it. How can I make it look like new again?
The best way to both enjoy our products and keep them looking like new is to wear them frequently. However, like other fine silver, some tarnishing may be observed if it is left to sit for extended periods without wear. This is quickly remedied by gentle polishing with any fine silver polish, and will restore the piece to its original beauty.
